Total Compensation Group Consulting, LP (TCG) provides fee based employee benefit plan and compensation consulting services to public school districts, cities, counties, community colleges, and other public/non-profit organizations.  The company provides a wide range of consulting services.  TCG specializes in creative benefit plans designed to improve retention and recruiting of staff in educational organizations.  TCG also provides consulting to superintendents, city managers and other organization executives on compensation and benefits, and other employment contract issues.  The latter can include negotiation with boards and councils.

Other services include financial planning and investment advisory services for trusts and individuals (through our affiliated company, TCG Advisors, LP), executive compensation plans, as well as consulting on internet website based enrollments, 125 cafeteria plans, 403(b) plans, 401(a) plans, 457 plans, and 529 plans.  Our consultants are invited speakers on school related benefits at many school district administrator meetings in Texas, Virginia, Illinois, California and other states.

The company is owned by TCG Group Holdings LLP, a partnership owned by John Pesce, Mike Cochran, and Wayne Desselle.  The company owns several organizations that specialize in employee benefits and investments for school districts and other public employers.
